All our cottages are available on a per-night basis, however the minimum stay length is 3 days.
To book, please e-mail info@burnfoot.net with information about your party and the dates you wish to stay.
Please note, there is an additional £40 charge for cleaning.
Fishing on the river Esk is available at £40 a day per rod.
Discounts are available for larger groups or longer bookings.
All our accommodation is strictly no-smoking. Prices include bedlinen, towels and utilities including wifi.
A 20% deposit is required, paid to secure booking.
The full balance is required 30 days before arrival.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at no extra charge; however, please contact in advance if you wish to bring more than one dog. All dogs need to be kept on a lead outside of the cottages.
